Ideas for the Proposal
After working with Marketing & Enrollment Department, there was a recurring pattern: everyone was working hard, but much of that effort was slowed by inconsistent processes and a lack of centralized resources. A single task, like enrolling a student or correcting an error in the system, could take three different forms depending on who you asked. Team members constantly dug through old emails or asked the same questions again and again because there wasn’t one place to turn for clear, standardized answers. It wasn’t a lack of knowledge—it was a lack of shared structure.

This creates something lasting that wouldn’t just solve today’s enrollment challenges, but would serve as a foundation for new staff, current members, and even leadership. The vision of building an online space—an organized, accessible learning hub—was inspired by seeing firsthand how much time and stress could be saved if people had consistent training and references at their fingertips.
Tracking Progress
To ensure steady progress throughout the project, work was tracked using this spreadsheet. Initial meetings were set to establish goals and deadlines for content development, reviewing materials with the Marketing & Enrollment Manager, and piloting modules with her for feedback before moving forward. Progress was documented and regular check-ins were held as needed. By breaking the project into manageable steps and monitoring achievements along the way, it maintained accountability while ensuring the final deliverables meet departmental needs and provide for the long-term sustainability goals.
